Our team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.
For emergencies after hours please call the office, you will get an emergency number that you can call or text message. If we are available to help you at that time, we will sure try!

Our team welcomes owners to be with their animals at any time during the appointment or surgery.
Natural Pet Care Center accepts payment via Cash, Check, MasterCard, Discover, or Visa. Payment is required at the time of service.
You are welcome to request estimates at any time for your expected charges.
